United Bank for Africa (UBA)- Sierra Leone was proudly recognised as one of the key institutional partners to the media in Sierra Leone during the Sierra Leone Association of Journalists (SLAJ) Handing Over and Inauguration Ceremony at the Bintumani Hotel in Freetown.

The event marked a historic transition in SLAJ’s leadership from outgoing President Ahmed Sahid Nasralla to President-Elect Alhaji Manika Kamara, under the theme “Celebrating Service, Honouring Partnership, Ushering in a New Era.”

As part of the official ceremony, UBA- Sierra Leone was formally honoured for its consistent partnership, corporate support, and contribution to press freedom and institutional development in Sierra Leone’s media landscape.
