In a recent phone call with the Local Unit Commander of the Waterloo Police Division, CSP Mr. Ibrahim Mohamed Sama, has told Expo Times that the division from Waterloo has officially handed over eight escaped inmates from the Pademba Road Maximum Prisons to the Sierra Leone Correctional Services/Prisons officers.

These fugitives were successfully apprehended in Waterloo after an intensive manhunt conducted by the vigilant Waterloo Police. This recent development brings the total number of re-arrested escaped inmates in Waterloo to an impressive forty-five. The recaptured individuals have now been transferred to the custody of Prison Officers, ensuring that they will face the legal consequences of their actions.
