Ansu Borbor Koroma, seven, was reported death after being struck by thunderstorm at Lugunma village, Samba Kpanga Chiefdom, Pujehun District in the South of Sierra Leone.
Sources reaching FORUM state that the boy in question was at home with his parents at on Wednesday 12 July 2023.
Police says after the death, the Chiefdom Speaker, Brima Musa, together with one Kepanga Samuel Munda Kamara reported the matter to the Lugunma village, Samba Kpanga Chiefdom, Pujehun District Police Division.
Police further disclosed that the boy was found lying on his stomach with a cutlass underneath him whiles the side of his trouser was seen burnt.
A team of police officers, headed by the Crime Officer of the District Division, attached to the Lugunma village, Samba Kpanga Chiefdom, Pujehun visited the scene of crime. The matter is still under investigations.
