Africell Sierra Leone launched another promotional campaign for their subscribers nationwide on 31 July 2023.A former housekeeper and a petty trader, Madam Saudatu Koroma was called on Friday 4 August and informed that she has won Africell Mega Promo with a brand-new TVS motorbike and was told to come to Africell headquarters at Wilberforce on Monday the 7 August 2023.
According to Madam Saudatu Koroma, when she got the news, she informed her husband and the neighbourhood that she had received a call from Africell SL about her that she has won a brand new TVS motorbike. She explained that her neighbours were in doubts saying that it was be a fake call. She was at first discouraged but was later called on Sunday night by Madam Nancy Toure of Africell SL who informed her to come to Africell SL headquarters at Wilberforce, at 9am on Monday 7 August 2023.
“I was still discouraged based on an early story that I got from my neighbours about scams, but they told me to take someone along with you when going to the office for any eventuality, so I decided to take along with my eldest son”, she said.
Abdul Aziz Kamara who served as the Master of Ceremony for the symbolic handing over of the brand new TVS motorbike, emphasizes that there are opportunities with different prizes in store for Africell SL subscribers to win during the MEGA Promotion.
