Operations Managing Director of Triad Engineering, Alhaji Amadu Sesay has on Wednesday 12th October 2022, reassured Sierra Leoneans of affordable and reliable housing scheme as the company is one with a difference and it is in Sierra Leone to stay.Sesay gave the assurance at the unveiling of Almond Sall, a former Housemate Season 3 reality TV show star, as Triad Engineering Brand Ambassador, at the company’s 21 Bai Bureh Road office in the East of Freetown.
He recalled that Triad Engineering commenced operations in 2017, through a flexible housing scheme, with payment plan that spans between 1-30 years. The Triad Engineering CEO added that his company has mortgage scheme that provide decent and affordable housing units for middle and high income earners.
Sesay said the Triad Engineering mortgage scheme captures three categories of interested people including people with a plot of land, those without land and those with unfinished buildings.
He encouraged intending clients to subscribe 30% of cost of the property and the remaining 70% is the mortgage amount, explaining that if eligible clients are to be constructed or built a dwelling house, the building will be occupied after subscribing up to 30% of the cost of the property.
Sesay said the 30% that will be paid into the bank account is the equity contribution, and the 70% is the mortgage. He cautioned fraudsters who had opened businesses and killed confidence of potential customers, to stop their deceitful acts, as Triad Engineering is in Sierra Leone to stay, as long as people believe in the work and services delivered by the company.
Sesay said clients have agreements with Triad Engineering wherein a certificate will be issued, reassuring all that clients can have claims to their money if anything happens.
He said Triad Engineering can pre-financed its projects if the company want to build a flat for a period between 4 to 6 months, a duplex will be completed in twelve months and 18 months for a bigger house.
Representative from, United Bank of Africa, Sierra Leone Commercial Bank and Skye Bank registered their financial institutions’ commitments towards protecting peoples’ moneys.
They thanked Triad Engineering for the grate partnership with them and promised to work with the company.
Unveiled Triad Engineering Brand Ambassador, Almond Sall described Triad Engineering as a plus to Sierra Leoneans, as the company does not discriminate.
He vowed to promote products and activities of Triad Engineering as the company is highly equipped with the requisite capacities to construct and maintain property for Sierra Leoneans of all classes.
