UBA-SL Wraps Up C 1st Week

The management of United Bank for Africa Sierra Leone has ended this year’s Customer Service Week after observing a period that was fully dedicated to the bank’s customers across the country, the continents and beyond. Marking this year’s celebration, UBA-SL dedicated a weeklong activities at all its interaction points in the country in honour of its customers’ support and patronage to the bank.

Speaking in a short video shared via the bank’s Official Facebook page, UBA-SL Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer (MD/CEO), Usman Isiaka said; “The first week of October every year is celebrated as Customer Service. We are happy to dedicate the whole week to our customers across the country and beyond through events and activities organized to celebrate and recognize our customers’ support and patronage”. Mr Isiaka adds; “To us in UBA our philosophy is Customer First. Our customers and employers are the reason why we are in business. Our mandate is to ensure that we do more than what is expected to delight our customers at every point of interaction. He said UBA customers are happy with everything being offered them by the bank.

UBA Group Managing Director/CEO, Oliver Alawuba also via video shared on the Facebook wall of the Head of Marketing and Corporate Communications, United Bank for Africa (UBA SL LTD),’ expressed management’s profuse thanks and appreciations to customers across the continent and beyond for their support to the bank. He observed that customers are the reasons for the operation of UBA. The UBA GMD-CEO reassured that the bank will do everything to deliver efficient, reliable and trustworthy banking and financial services to customers across the world.

Chief Alawuba said that it is customers’ ability that keep UBA winning, pointing out that; “Together, we will move ahead on a path of success. The experience we deliver in our interactions with you at all touch points, the strength and integrity for our brand and the power of our vision to lead in African service delivery in our continent, and globally lies with you.”

He informed that this year’s UBA Customer Service Week underscores the bank’s customers and provide another opportunity to reaffirm managements’ commitments to UBA Customers 1st philosophy and staying true.
