In a bid to celebrate with their value customers in the Customers Care Week, one of the leading and fastest growing financial institution in Sierra Leone, United Bank of Africa, UBA-SL, has on Wednesday 9 October 2024 cut cake with their value customers at the bank’s headquarters on Charlotte Street in Freetown.

According to the Head of Marketing and Corporate Communications at UBA-SL, Sallieu Sesay, UBA-SL appreciated its valued customers because they always help the bank to be up and running; they are always their to listen to the concerns from their customers because had it not been for their valued customers, UBA wouldn’t have been where they are at the moment.

Sesay said UBA is a listening banking institution and they are always ready to listen to their customers. They’re ready to bring banking to the doorsteps of their customers in the country.

“UBA is a listening banking institution and we are always ready to listen to our customers. We’re ready to bring banking to the doorsteps of our customers in the country so that people will always feel proud while banking with us,” he said.

Making her statement, the Acting Head of Customers Experience, Kumba Foday-Ngongou noted that this is the week for their customers. From Monday 7 to the 11 of this month they’re celebrating their value customers at UBA across the country and they’re ready to pay back to their customers. Adding that there are many financial institutions in the country, but people chose UBA to bank with and as a result they appreciate the people for choosing UBA-SL.

“This is the week for our customers. From Monday 7 to Friday 11 of this month we are celebrating our value customers at UBA across the country and we’re ready to pay back to our customers. There are many financial institutions in the country, but people choose UBA to bank with and as a result we appreciate the people for choosing UBA-SL over the rest other financial institution in the country,” she said.

She admitted that the Customers Care Week is an addition to their every Wednesday’s customer appreciation day that they normally conducted at UBA for their customers. Where they normally gives food and non-food items to their customers at UBA.

Madam Fatima who is long-time customer at UBA profoundly thanked the management and staff of UBA-SL for their services to the people of Sierra Leone and asked that the bank minimax its procedures both the online banking and other services at UBA-SL.

Another customer praised the online banking system at UBA. He said since he joined the online banking everything have been going on successful and informed all present to continue banking with the United Bank for Africa, UBA-SL. He said the system of UBA is secured and reliable. She encouraged others to bank with UBA, describing it as the best in online banking in the country.

“Since I joined the online banking everything have been going on successful for me, so people need to continue banking with the United Bank for Africa UBA-SL. The UBA systems are secured and reliable and people don’t need to hesitate for the online banking system of UBA in the country,” he said.
