The Management of Electricity Distribution and Supply Authority wishes to inform the general public that on Friday, 16th September , 2022 , the Authority embarked on system maintenance activity on its vending platform in collaboration with its service provider, Conlog.The public should also note that the maintenance activity will continue today Saturday, 17th September, 2022 starting 5pm to 11pm. The Authority would want the public to know that during this maintenance period, all vending platforms will cease to operate until the maintenance is completed: customers will not be able to purchase meter top-ups during this period.
The purpose of the maintenance is to upgrade the vending system which would improve on the services offered to our esteemed customers that would drive efficiency. In light of the above, the Authority is calling on all its valued customers to exercise some patience during this upgrade period and assures them of an improved vending platform upon completion of the maintenance activity.
The Authority is sorry for the inconvenience this activity may cause and further assures its valued customers of adequate, reliable and sustainable electricity supply for all.
