The Electricity Distribution and Supply Authority has allocated funds in its 2023 budget for the procurement of motor vehicles, and now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply of (6) Six Motor Vehicles.
Details on the above is more specified in Section VI &VII Schedule of Requirement and Technical Specifications respectively in the Bidding Document.
Bidding is open to all suppliers who can demonstrate the ability and capacity to supply the required goods within the stipulated time frame. The successful bidder(s) will be required to
sign a Contract for the goods indicated in the schedule for requirement.
Interested bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding document at the address below between 9:00am to 4:00pm, Monday to Friday.
Bidding documents may be purchased upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Le.300.00 (Three Hundred Leones) at:

Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 12:00 hours on Tuesday 6th June, 2023.
All bids must be accompanied by:
- A valid Business registration certificate
- Bid Security of Le.100,000.00 (One Hundred Thousand Leones) from a reputable Commercial Bank;
- A valid NRA tax clearance certificate;
- A valid NASSIT clearance certificate;
- A Valid Municipality/City Council Licenses

- Financial statement for the past three years
- Manufacturer Authorisation
Bids will be publicly opened on Tuesday 6th June, 2023. at 12:00 noon, in the presence of the bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend, at the address below. Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened to bidders.
