The Chairman of East End Lions football club, Ambassador Anthony Junior Navo has on Sunday 21st May 2023 warmly congratulated players and officials of the club for their brilliant performance at the opening Gala Competition of the Southern Arena stadium in Bo, southern Sierra Leone.
He showered praises on the boys for their excellent and impressive 1-0 victory over their host Bo Rangers.
Amb. Navo among other things described East End Lions’ performance against Bo Rangers as fantastic, saying that the opening was great.
He said that the victory is a testament of East End Lions’ strongest determination, hard work and competitive spirit as champions.
“A champion is always a champion. This win is truly well-deserved, and we are all so proud of our great team,” says Amb. Anthony Junior Navo. 
He profusely thanked officials and the players of East End Lions for their dedications to the progress and development of the team. Amb Navo extended his profound thanks and appreciations to the management of the arena, with special thanks to Babadi Kamara.
