The Local Unit Commander (LUC), Bo, East Division, Chief Superintendent of Police (CSP) Mrs. Bernadette Sia Sandy has informed this medium that the Bo Division has arrested three (3) suspected armed criminals of Sammy Section robbery in Bo.
CSP Sandy attributed the arrest of the alleged armed criminals to her Division relentless and effective vehicular patrol team within localities.
She continued that her operations team lead by Inspector Festus Evangelist Lahai and some police personnel promptly responded to a distressed call from the community people of Sammy Section, Bo.
She informed that upon arrival of the team, Abu Bakar Cande, commonly known as ‘Blacker’ of No 2 Gborie Street, Amadu Koroma of Sheriff Town and Ibrahim Koroma of No1 First Bah Street, all in Bo were apprehended.
CSP Sandy furthered that several fingerprinted marks showed that Abu Bakar Cande ‘Blacker’ who is in the records of the police as notorious criminal was involved in the said robbery.
Mary Mohota Songa reported to the police that armed robber catered away with three phones, two Iphones, laptop computer, bluetooth, memory card tape, quantities of packet milk, and some fiscal cash.
Investigation is on-going.
