Ambassador Alhaji K. Tarawally (Laj-K) has stepped down from his position as Event Manager/Head of Operations and General Supervisor at the LAKE Production Sierra Leone Limited after 15 Years in Office.In a Press release dated 2 August 2023, the former CEO of LAKE Production Laj-K informed the public that, it’s about time he left his position and focused on other aspects of his professional life.

LAKE Production is Sierra Leone’s premier event management, entertainment and multimedia production company. With a proven track record of excellence and innovation, the company has successfully organized and executed various high-profiled national and international events, concerts, festival, and multimedia production throughout the country.

According to the release, under the watch of Amb. Alhaji K. Tarawally (Laj-K) the company has recorded many positive events and as such LAKE Production had already positioning itself as the leading event management and multimedia production company in Sierra Leone. “LAKE Production SL Limited has achieved remarkable milestones, solidifying its position as Sierra Leone’s number one event management company. The company has consistently delivered high-quality entertainment experience, captivating audience locally and internationally with the national entertainment Awards, National Music Awards, Miss Freetown Beauty Pageant and Kizz Daniel event successfully staged at the National Stadium in Freetown,” it stated.

The release furthered that Sheku Putka Kamara will replace the out gone Executive Director at LAKE Production SL Limited effective 1 August 2023.

“Effective 1 August 2023, Sheku Putka Kamara will assume the role of Executive Director, bringing a wealth of his experience and expertise to the conglomerate,” it stated.

Also, Lydia N. Djoli will assume the position of Director of operation in LAKE Production bringing her exceptional organizational skills and proven track record. It noted that Lydia N. Djoli new role will oversee the day-to-day affairs of LAKE Production and ensuring operational efficiency and maintaining the company’s commitment to excellence.

The CEO of LAKE Production and out gone Executive Director Laj-K expressed his confidence in the new leadership team of LAKE Production.

“I am delighted to pass the baton to Sheku Putka Kamara and Lydia N. Djoli, who have demonstrated their dedication and expertise throughout their tenure at LAKE Production SL Limited.,” he said.

He continued that with their leadership and the collective efforts of their talented team, he is confident that LAKE Production will continue to thrive and exceed expectations.

The release ended up by pointing out that the transition marks an exciting new chapter for LAKE Production SL Limited and reiterated the company commitment to deliver exceptional event management, entertainment and multimedia production services to its valued clients and partners. Their 2023/2024 calendar of events will be exciting with events like: Miss Freetown coming up in November 2023, NEA Awards in April 2024, National Music Awards in October and National Music festival in December all in 2024.
