The Sierra Leone Football Association has today Friday March 22 officially awarded License B coaching certificate to over 60 Coaches at the SLFA Secretariat at Kingtom, Freetown.
The President of SLFA Thomas Daddy Brima reveals that it gives him an enormous joy to see the Technical Department of SLFA trained and issue Certificates to Over 60 Coaches and Coaching Instructors who have completed the first SLFA License “B” and Instructors Course across the country.
He remarked “With my Executive Committee’s frantic efforts in developing the game, FIFA has recently approved the upgrade of the SLFA Technical Centre. 
This upgrade is expected to uplift the current SLFA Academy ground to a top-notch Centre for Football Development, providing enhanced facilities and opportunities for aspiring footballers and coaches in Sierra Leone,”
The training is mainly to enhance the capacity of grassroots coaches selected from across the country, as part of the strategic plan of the SLFA Technical Department for the development of football in Sierra Leone.
