Facing charges of unlawful possession of dangerous drugs and loitering with intent, the suspects were swiftly arraigned before the magistrate court in Pujehun on March 26th, 2024. All six were remanded to the Pujehun Correctional Centre, awaiting further legal proceedings.

This development marks a significant victory in the fight against drug trafficking and substance abuse in the region. It demonstrates the authorities’ unwavering commitment to dismantling drug networks and holding perpetrators accountable. The collaboration between law enforcement and local communities has proven crucial in this success.

Officials have emphasized the ongoing need for public vigilance and cooperation. Citizens are urged to report any suspicious activity to the authorities promptly.
