Africell Sierra Leone Limited digital cash transfer platform, Afrimoney has Monday 22 April 2024 organized a Chop-Chat session at the Lagoonda Entertainment Complex, Aberdeen, in the West of Freetown.
The secession attracted Africell and Afrimoney customers and subscribers including guests who were informed about diverse range of the company’s products and services offered by Afrimoney digital cash/money transfer platform.
In a brief statement to staff, customers and guests at the occasion Africell SL Ltd. CEO and MD, Shadi Gerjawi emphasized the growing significance of mobile money as the new standard for banking and financial transactions.
Mr Gerjawi encouraged attendees to leverage the speed, reliability, and affordability of the Afrimoney mobile system for their financial needs.
A representative of the Bank of Sierra Leone, Esther Johnson commended Afrimoney for its substantial contributions in advancing accessibility and usability in the country’s financial system.
The the Managing Director, Afrimoney Martinson Obeng-Agyei, reiterated the company’s commitment to fostering a cashless digital economy across Sierra Leone. He emphasized Afrimoney’s efforts in providing widespread access to its platform and agents, with the ultimate goal of achieving a seamless transaction system in the future
