INTERNATIONAL COMPETITIVE BIDDING
PROCUREMENT OF COMPUTER REPAIRS & MAINTENANCE ITEMS, COMPUTERS & ANCILLARIES, COMPUTER CONSUMABLES AND VIDEO CONFERENCING EQUIPMENT – BSL/MISD/ICB/2024/0016

The Bank of Sierra Leone has allocated funds from its 2024 budget and now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of the following:
Lot 1- Procurement of Computer Repairs and Maintenance Items
Lot 2- Procurement of Computers and Ancillaries
Lot 3- Procurement of Computer Consumables
Lot 4- Procurement of video conferencing (Including Installation)
Bidders can bid for any or all the Lots. Bidders must bid for all the items within a Lot. Partial quotation within a Lot shall be considered non-responsive.
Interested bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the address below from Monday to Friday from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm. Bidding documents must be purchased at the address below upon payment of a non-refundable fee of NLe500.00 (Five hundred New Leones) to be eligible to participate in the process. Bidders must submit a copy of their receipt, together with their bids as proof of purchase of the bidding documents.
Bidding documents are also available at the Bank of Sierra Leone website: www.bsl.gov.sl for viewing only.
Bids must be deposited in the tender box at the address overleaf on or before November 14th, 2024 at 12:00 noon.

Lot 1 – NLe14,000.00 (Fourteen thousand New Leones)
Lot 2 –NLe553,000.00 (Five hundred and fifty-three thousand New Leones)
Lot 3 – NLe 66,000.00 (Sixty-six thousand New Leones)
Lot 4 – USD 900 /20,250.00 (Twenty thousand two Hundred and fifty New Leones)

a valid NRA Tax Certificate
a valid NASSIT Clearance Certificate
Signed Bid Form
A signed Integrity Pact; (attached in the bidding document)
Manufacturer’s Authorisation – Applicable for Lot 2 only

All prices shall be quoted in New Leones.
Please note that the final bid price should be inclusive of 15% GST.
Potential Bidders must make payment of a non-refundable fee of NLe500.00 (Five hundred New Leones) for the Bidding Document in the Single Treasury Account at the Bank of Sierra Leone or any of the Transit Accounts with details as shown below and immediately submit the Bank Pay-in-Slip to the Procurement Unit, 8th Floor, Main Bank Building for issuance of receipt and collection of the bidding document.

Bids will be publicly opened on November 14th, 2024 at 12:05 p.m. in the presence of bidders or their designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend, at the address below. Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened to bidders.
