As the All People’s Congress (APC) United States of America (USA) Branch prepares for its much-anticipated Delegates’ Conference, one name that continues to dominate discussions across party circles both in the diaspora and in Sierra Leone is Mr. Abraham Lincoln Larkoh.

Widely recognized as a passionate advocate and steadfast party loyalist, Mr. Larkoh has emerged as the leading contender for the position of Publicity Secretary.

With years of dedicated service and a deep understanding of the APC’s values and vision, Mr. Larkoh has positioned himself as a leader capable of steering the communication arm of the party through both challenges and triumphs. His candidacy is grounded in principles of effective advocacy, transparency, and a strong belief in democratic ideals.

Well-known within APC- USA and in Freetown political circles, Mr. Larkoh’s reputation as a strategic communicator and passionate voice for the party is not new. He has been involved in grassroots mobilization, political education, and public engagement—tools he says are vital for revitalizing the party’s image, especially in the diaspora.

In his campaign message, Mr. Larkoh emphasizes a bold agenda focused on Good Governance, Democracy, Human Rights, the Rule of Law, and Gender Equality—principles he believes are essential for the APC to remain relevant and responsive to the aspirations of Sierra Leoneans both at home and abroad.

“I am ready to lead the APC- USA Branch through thick and thin,” Mr. Larkoh declared in a recent statement. “We must amplify our message clearly and consistently. Our supporters need to know where we stand, what we fight for, and how we intend to restore confidence in our leadership as we look ahead to 2028.”

Supporters describe Mr. Larkoh as a bridge-builder and an effective communicator with a deep understanding of the political dynamics in Sierra Leone. They argue that his leadership style, which blends strategic communication with grassroots activism, is exactly what the APC needs as it seeks to rebuild, rebrand, and regain public trust.

“He is not just a name—he’s a movement,” said one party delegate. “Lincoln Larkoh represents the future of APC communications. He is articulate, principled, and unafraid to speak truth to power.”

Mr. Larkoh’s campaign is also gaining traction due to his advocacy for gender inclusion and youth participation in political processes. He has pledged to use his platform as Publicity Secretary to amplify marginalized voices and to ensure the APC message resonates with diverse communities across the United States and beyond.

As the Delegates’ Conference approaches, the stakes remain high, with key positions set to shape the future of the APC’s diaspora operations. For many, the outcome of the vote for Publicity Secretary will signal the direction the party intends to take in the years leading to the 2028 general elections.

With momentum building and a strong base of support, Abraham Lincoln Larkoh’s candidacy represents a call to action for APC members looking for committed, visionary leadership in the realm of party communications.
