Chinese Ambassador to Sierra Leone His Excellency Wang Qing officially handed over a batch of motorcycles to His Lordship Honorable Chief Justice Komba Kamanda.
Ambassador Wang noted that since the beginning of this year, the Chinese Embassy has maintained close cooperation with the Judiciary of Sierra Leone, achieving significant progress in areas such as personnel exchanges and capacity building.
These efforts have further enriched the China-Sierra Leone Comprehensive Strategic Cooperative Partnership. He expressed the Embassy’s willingness to take this donation as an opportunity to continue promoting judicial exchange and cooperation with the Judiciary and injecting new momentum into the friendly relations between the two countries.
Chief Justice Kamanda expressed heartfelt gratitude for China’s longstanding and valuable support to Sierra Leone.
He emphasized that the donated motorcycles would be put to proper use to expand the reach and responsiveness of judicial services, ensuring that justice is accessible in every corner of the country. He also looked forward to deepening judicial cooperation with China in the future.
