As part of activities marking the 2025 Customer Service Week themed “Mission Possible,” United Bank for Africa (UBA) Sierra Leone has continued to reaffirm its unwavering commitment to excellent customer experience through a series of exciting activities across its branches nationwide.
Throughout the week, the bank organized different activities across the branches were customers who visited the branch throughout the week won gift items, ranging from bags of rice, milk, oil, and other essential household commodities and UBA Corporate branded items
The highlight of the celebration was the Headquarters Raffle Session held on Thursday 9th October,2025, where staff and customers came together in a lively atmosphere. The event featured a special cake cutting ceremony, music, and gift presentations, creating moments of warmth and appreciation.
The Chief Operating Officer (COO) of UBA Sierra Leone, Ngene Cheidu who personally interacted with customers and exchanged handshakes with each of them, commended customers for their continued loyalty and trust in the UBA Sierra Leone brand. “Our customers remain the reason we exist.

Also speaking at the event, Head of Customer Experience, Ms. Kadijatu Sillah, appreciated customers for their feedback and patronage. “Customer Service Week is not just a celebration, it’s a moment for reflection and renewal. Every comment, compliment, or concern shared by our customers helps us serve them better. We are proud that many of our customers see UBA Sierra Leone as a home where their financial needs are truly understood,” she noted.
Customers present at the event shared heartfelt testimonials, expressing satisfaction with the bank’s services and the professionalism of its staff. Some highlighted how responsive the teams are in resolving issues promptly, while others praised the bank’s serene and classy environment, describing UBA Sierra Leone as “a decent bank with classic workers.”
