Dr. Ibrahim Bangura articulated that the DIB Movement has strategically crafted its campaign to address the pressing issues facing Sierra Leone, including trauma, suffering, poverty, and the urgent need for peace, unity, and development. He underscored the movement’s commitment to sharing a brighter future for Sierra Leone across political, economic, social, and academic dimensions.
A key aspect of their campaign is a focus on civic education aimed at restoring hope among Sierra Leoneans and bridging the gap between citizens and government. Dr. Bangura affirmed that their mission is not to dwell on past grievances but to actively shape a promising future. He passionately denounced tribalism and nepotism, asserting his pride in being a son of the APC and his steadfast belief in the party’s principles.
