Africell Sierra Leone Limited (Africell SL LTD) has officially presented cash prizes to the latest winners of its Win Kopo promotion, with five lucky subscribers each receiving Twenty-Five Thousand Leones (NLE25, 000). The presentation ceremony highlighted the company’s continued commitment to supporting communities and rewarding loyal customers as it marks 25 years of service in Sierra Leone.

Speaking during the event, Africell SL LTD Media Relations Manager, Abdul Karim Sesay, congratulated the winners and thanked them for their trust in the company. He said the Win Kopo campaign was designed to create real opportunities for subscribers while strengthening the bond between the company and its customers.

“Today, five people won twenty-five thousand Leones each, and we are here to present it to them. This demonstrates our commitment to continue reaching communities and creating opportunities for our subscribers,” he said. “To our winners, congratulations. Thank you for always believing in Africell SL LTD. With Africell, everyone has an equal chance at a life-changing experience. As we celebrate 25 years not 25 days we remain committed to putting our customers first.”

Africell SL LTD Marketing Manager, Kamanda Koroma, explained that the name Win Kopo was chosen to reflect the authenticity and tangible nature of the promotion. He said Africell has always been a company rooted in giving back, and the anniversary celebration is another opportunity to show appreciation to subscribers across the country.

One of the winners, Abibatu Dean, shared her excitement and disbelief after receiving her prize. She admitted that she had initially doubted the call, fearing it might be a scam, but was reassured after confirming with Africell’s customer service. “I used to criticise SMS messages from mobile companies, but today I am a believer. I will continue to trust Africell and encourage others to do the same,” she said.

Another winner, Abdul Kamara, also expressed heartfelt gratitude, thanking Africell for recognising and rewarding its subscribers. He said the win came as an unexpected blessing and encouraged others to participate and remain hopeful.

Although one of the selected winners was unable to attend, Africell SL LTD assured that the company remains committed to transparency and fairness throughout the promotion.

The Win Kopo campaign forms part of Africell’s wider celebration of its 25 years of operation in Sierra Leone, reaffirming its longstanding commitment to community empowerment and customer appreciation.
