By Forum staff writer Star Sport Academy returned to winning form in convincing fashion with a 3-1 victory over Bullom Stars in a lively encounter that showcased resilience and attacking quality.

Coming into the match under pressure to respond after a dip in results, Star Sport Academy delivered a composed and energetic performance from the opening whistle. Their intent was clear as they pushed forward early, controlling possession and creating chances that kept Bullom Stars on the back foot.

The breakthrough came in the first half after sustained pressure. A well worked move in midfield opened space on the flank, leading to a precise cross that was calmly finished to give Star Sport Academy the lead. The goal lifted the team’s confidence and set the tone for the rest of the match.

Bullom Stars, however, showed determination and fought their way back into the game. They capitalized on a defensive lapse to level the score, briefly shifting momentum and raising hopes of a comeback. For a period, the match became evenly balanced, with both sides pushing for control.

Star Sport Academy responded with maturity and regained their rhythm before the break. Their second goal came through a quick attacking transition that caught Bullom Stars off guard. A sharp pass split the defense and the forward made no mistake, restoring the lead and putting his side ahead once again.

In the second half, Star Sport Academy tightened their grip on the game. Their midfield dictated play, limiting Bullom Stars’ chances while continuing to threaten on the counter. The decisive third goal arrived after another coordinated move, effectively sealing the victory and dampening any hopes of a late response from their opponents.

Bullom Stars continued to press but struggled to break through a more disciplined defensive setup. Despite their effort, they were unable to find a way back into the match as Star Sport Academy managed the closing stages with confidence.

The result marks an important turnaround for Star Sport Academy, who will take renewed belief from the performance. For Bullom Stars, the defeat highlights areas that need improvement, particularly in maintaining defensive focus and converting chances.

As the season progresses, Star Sport Academy will look to build on this momentum, while Bullom Stars aim to regroup and respond in their next outing.
