His understanding of the party’s culture and tradition has placed him on a pole position to lead the young people of the All Peoples Congress.
Gunther Adikali Bai Daramy, (who has spent 14 years at the APC Headquarters),leading aspirant for the position of National Young Leader of the All Peoples Congress on Saturday poured libation, cleaned and beautified the grave site of the late William Juana Smith in Kenema.
Gunther, in tandem with other young people of the party in Kenema recalled the sacrifices the late man made for the party while he was alive.
Gunther Adikali Bai Daramy said at this material time, appealing to the dead will go a long way as part of the collective aspirations of all for unity to prevail for a resounding victory come June 24 2023.
Daramy said he recalled it was late William Juana Smith who first brought him to Kenema over a decade ago. Mr. Smith served as Editor of the party’s We Yone Newspaper. He later held serveral important positions including resident minister east.
