QCELL LAUNCHES 3 PRODUCTS

On Tuesday 14th July 2020, the cheapest and most reliable mobile company currently operating in Sierra Leone with a continual increase in its customer base, Qcell -Sierra Leone, manifested its love for its esteemed subscribers when it rolled out three attractive new products for the benefit of their numerous customers. The three new products are: Tok En Browse, Data Bunya (100% Bonus) and New Sim Packages.

Launching the 3 products, the Chief Executive Officer of Qcell-Sierra Leone stated that the company is new in the country but is doing extremely well as they are offering dependable and reliable telecommunications services and expanding their network to cover far reached areas.  “In order to continue to say thanks to our customers we decided to introduce these new products ,Tok En Browse, Data Bunya (100% Bonus) and New Sim Packages to make communication very simple,” he informed a news conference.

He furthered that QCell is trying to get closer its customers during this challenging times underscoring how they want members of the public to always stay connected even though the prevalence of the coronavirus has caused us to be observing social distancing. The CEO maintained that the new products are cheaper and affordable.

He thanked the Government of Sierra Leone and NATCOM for creating the enabling environment to ensure that Qcell operates appropriately and fairly promising that they will continue to introduce more products that will enhance communication.

“Data Bunya is really a COVID-19 package support to help our customers in these trying times,” he informed assuring their subscribers that they will continue to care for them pointing out that they always treat their subscribers as partners not as customers.

Giving full details of the 3 products, Senior Manager of Marketing at Qcell, Edward Nelson Pratt disclosed that for the “Tok En Browse” product for every minute of QCell to QCell call or international call a subscriber makes he or she receives 5Mb of data valid for the same day. He said subscribers can check their daily data bonuses by dialling *303# and reply with 5 or call 111 for more information.

Mr. Pratt further explained that the benefits of the Tok En Browse offers QCell subscribers the flexibility to earn data or in simpler terms Tok for Data. “The more you Tok, the more Data you will get to stay connected,” he revealed adding that the Tok More Browse More  gives every QCell subscriber the opportunity to earn more data by making QCell to QCell voice calls or make international calls without having to subscribe for data bundle.

Dilating on the second product: “Data Bunya” the Senior Marketing Manager stated that subscribers will get 100% Data Bunya for every Data Bundle they buy on Tuesday, Friday and Sunday with QCell. He said with that they will enjoy more for less and save plenty pocket money on internet.  “You need to only dial *303*1# and reply with 2 to select the bundle of your choice,” he intimated.

He further explained that 100% Data Bonus – QCell Subscribers can enjoy twice the bundle at the same cost on the specific days (Tuesdays, Fridays and Sundays).

Finally, as they launched the final product called “New Sim Packages” he said “we are classifying sims for our numerous subscribers. Subscribers can either opt in for the Q-premium or the Q-economy according to what they can afford.  These categories have different benefits to suit the customer”.

Subscribers who witnessed the launching ceremony expressed their happiness for the introduction of these 3 products saying they will help them greatly especially during this COVID-19 period.
