As today marks day one of the week-long 6th C1st Anniversary, staff at UBA Sierra Leone are beautifully cladded with a touch of Royal Blue at work on Monday 1st August.
Touch of Royal Blue is a demonstration to show that as a bank, we are customer centric focused, we are trustworthy, reliable, and ever ready to serve our employers i.e. ‘Our customers’.
It’s been 6years since we launched our C1st philosophy, UBA’s customer focused strategy and to mark this year’s celebration, several activities and engagements have been lined up for the week.
The primary objective of the Customer First (C1st) Philosophy is to provide our customers with the best banking experience across all our touch-points and to make every experience a memorable one.
This philosophy is mandated to be ingrained in the mindset and behaviors of every UBA staff not only during this week-long celebration but every other day.
