The Managing Director of United Bank for Africa UBA-SL, Mr. Mohamed Alhaji Samoura, has beeen appointment as the new president of the Sierra Leone Association of Commercial Banks (SLACB).

In February 2024, Mr. Mohamed Alhajie Samoura was appointed Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of United Bank for Africa (UBA) in Sierra Leone.
