United Bank for Africa Sierra Leone has last week announced the halt of its Saturday banking services.
The Bank encouraged its customers across the country to use any of UBASL’s digital channels such as ATMs, UBA Mobile App, Internet Banking, Leo Chat Banking, Visa Prepaid/Debit cards, Mastercards and POS to access financial services.
“…effective Saturday 23rd July 2022 the bank will discontinue our Saturday Banking Services. We encourage our customers to use any of our Digital channels to access financial services such as The UBA Mobile App, Internet Banking, Leo Chat banking, our ATMs that are up and running 24/7, our Visa Prepaid/Debit cards, and Mastercards for all your online, ATM and POS transactions, announced UBASL official Facebook wall.”
In a public notice issued to customers by the bank also encouraged customers use the UBA – Orange Money Pull and Push to enable customers access money from their accounts to their Orange Money Wallet and access cash from any Orange Money Agent using 144*6*1which is available
