SLPP can only rule and survive in Sierra Leone where people accept everything and leave their case to God. SLPP cannot exist in Guinea, Liberia, Ghana or Nigeria. The government will be overthrown. Maada Bio will never be elected president of the countries mentioned above.

It is only in a country like Sierra Leone that a retarded and useless human rights abuser and criminal like Maada Bio will be president and if you want to know why our country is so backward and will ever remain backward, do not look beyond people like Maada Bio. Our insistence to have people like Maada Bio as president is the main reason for our backwardness.

And it is not that Sierra Leoneans do not know. We know our problems but we indulge them because we want God to do everything for us.

God is mighty and can do everything for us if he chooses but he wants us to do certain things for ourselves. That is why he gave us wisdom . But Sierra LEONE’S biggest problem is wisdom. We do not have it. If we had wisdom, no Sierra Leonean would have voted for Maada Bio to be President after he had proved to us during his NPRC junta days that he is a big thief and President Kabbah —whom he gave power to—had warned us ahead of time about the U. S 18 million that Maada Bio stole.

Maada Bio also shed innocent blood during his NPRC days. He did not want to hand over and wanted to hold on to power. Had it not been for the international community that bought out Bio and his colleague NPRC rascals, and sent them abroad, he would not have handed over power . Sierra Leoneans saw all these things but they also contributed in bringing Maada Bio to power.

Sierra Leoneans always want to try out things, gain bitter experiences, grumble and complain and then leave their case to God. They do not believe in taking wise decisions for themselves. God gave man wisdom and he wants man to use that wisdom to forestall problems in life . But Sierra Leoneans will never try to use their wisdom.

Yes, Maada Bio is a British imposition. Britain imposed Maada Bio on us due to anger over the APC Ernest Koroma ‘s excessive flirting ( As they saw it ) with China, the secret enemy and geopolitical rival of the U. S and Britain. But still Sierra Leoneans contributed by voting for him, though the winner of the 2018 election was really Dr. Samura Kamara.

Look at the socioeconomic and political shambles Maada Bio has committed in power . The Leone is now one of the worst currencies in the world. Look at the innocent human blood this monster has shed . Look at the criminal manner he is tinkering with our constitution and laws to suit his megalomaniac and despotic proclivities. Look at the backwardness and suffering Maada Bio has exacerbated in the country, with prices of food and basic commodities escalating 100% over what they were during APC rule.

Look at Maada Bio’s horrendous and alarming tribalism . If you do not belong to his tribe or come from the Southeast , you have no chance of getting a job or scholarship. He has flooded all our ministries , departments and agencies ( MDAs) and embassies and missions abroad with his tribesmen . How ba , nar only Mende man dey nar Sierra Leone ? Maada has no love or respect for Northwesterners and he does not hide his hatred for them .

Sierra Leoneans see all these problems and anomalies and know that things have taken a turn for the worse in the country , with the prospects of the country likely going into tribal war one day . Yet there are victims of this monstrous president still cheering for him and many will vote for him again in June. They can hardly afford one meal a day or pay their children’s fees or provide medical treatment for their families because of the nasty, harsh and brutish economic conditions in the country and they see a president that does not care and spends all his time traveling, wasting the country’s monies and enriching himself . Yet some of them still hail him. How can people be so cruel and wicked to themselves ?

I know we have had other bad leaders in the past. Nobody can deny that fact . But there has never been a president as bad as Maada Bio in all the history of our country.

I have heard many Sierra Leoneans blaming God for the misery and backwardness in their  country . Some even blame the problems on a curse . But actually, there is no curse on Sierra Leone and God cannot be blamed for what is happening in Sierra Leone. In fact, it is ungratefulness of the highest order for any Sierra Leonean to blame God who had blessed their country abundantly with minerals of highest economic value like diamonds, gold, bauxite,iron ore ; brilliant weather and lots of rich soil and rivers . Given her size, Sierra Leone should be one of the richest countries in the world.

If God has blessed us so massively , why can’t good fortune ever shine on our country ? Why can’t we have one day – just one day – when we can really rejoice over our country ? Why have wr remained one of the most backward countries in the world? The answer is not hard to find. We lack wisdom or we do not use the wisdom with which God has also blessed us and there is no other way we demonstrate it than in the way we choose our leaders.

Maada Bio is the worst leader we have ever had in our country and Sierra Leoneans must use their God- given wisdom for once by voting the monster out of power in June 2023.
