The Director of Crime and Services at the Criminal Investigation Department (CID), William Fayia Sellu, on Thursday 28 October 2021 informed journalists at the Police weekly press conference that the SLP had suspended Francis Musa Foday the Police officer who insulted and slapped a citizen in Zimmy recently.
Fayia Sellu said that ASP Foday would be under suspension until investigations into the matter were over, noting that the suspension order was detailed in a letter written from the Regional Officer Commander South.
He added that the suspension is in compliance with regulation 23(1) of the police discipline code of 2001.
