The Ministry of Lands Housing & Country Planning (MLHCP) has received funds from the Government of Sierra Leone) for the Procurement of Computers & Ancillary Equipment (Laptop Computers, Desktop Computers, Printers, Kaspersky Antivirus, Scanner and UPS) to facilitate an effective and efficient collection of revenue through the NRA online platform now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply using National Competitive Bidding Procedure

Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before Friday 3rd March,
2023 at 12: 00 Noon.
All bids must be accompanied by:
- A valid Business registration certificate
- Valid Bid Security of NLe 17,697 (Seventeen thousand Six Hundred and Ninety Seven Leones) from a reputable Banking institution;
- A valid NRA tax clearance certificate;
- A valid NASSIT clearance certificate;
- A signed Integrity Pact.
- A Municipal Council Business Certificate
- Physical Evidence of Established Office or Business Premises which must belong or owned by the bidder for easy contact and accessibility
- Evidence of Similar Supplies with the stated amount for the past two years
- Delivery period of four (4) weeks after signing the contract
Bids will be publicly opened on Friday 3rd March at 12: 00 Noon, in the presence of the bidders’/ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend, at the Conference hall, Ministry of Land, Housing and Country Planning, 3rd Floor, Youyi Building Brookfields, Freetown. Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened to bidders.
