The Sierra Leone Commercial Bank Limited has allocated funds for the procurement of Works for the Construction & Rehabilitation of its Branch Building at Cline Town, in Freetown, on a National Competitive Bidding Basis and now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders.

Bidding is open to all construction contractors who can demonstrate the ability to undertake the works and complete same to a very high standard; in accordance with the specifications and within the contract time. Bidders should be registered with the Ministry of Works in Class 1 and above and must be able to demonstrate that they are in possession of sufficient human, technical and financial resources and administrative and organizing ability to perform the Contract.

Bidders may obtain further information and inspect /collect the bidding document at the address below between 10.00am and 2.00pm. on each working day; and the Bidding documents may be purchased upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Sle 1,000 (One Thousand Leones).

A Site visit will also be conducted for which the Bidders will be required to sign a Site Visitation Form as proof of Site Visit.

For exigency of time the bidding process will run for Two weeks (2) after which Bids will be publicly opened on 19^th May 2026 at 3pm, in the presence of the bidders, or their designated representatives, at the address below.  Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened to bidders.
