The Acting Regional Commander Freetown East Assistant Commissioner of Police Dr. John Martin Senessie has on 18th April 2023 informed to journalist that the witch doctor Ibrahim Kalakoh who buried the Fourah Bay College lecturer, former Waterloo headman Abdulia Mansaray are currently in police custody.
Foday made this remarks at the police weekly press conference on George Street, Freetown.
He said on Wednesday 12th April 2023, police received intelligent from the Waterloo Division, upon this the Deputy Superintendent Septimus and team left and conducted a search at the resident of the former headman Abdulia Mansaray alias Rambo and found military camouflages such as military boots, jackets, red berets with red colour and inscription written APC and many other items were found in his possession.
He said that the former headman was also arrested along with some gang members and they are in police custody, adding that they also went to the headman of Shebro community at Waterloo and they sense a strange smell coming from the house of a witch doctor who happens to be his neighbour.
He said upon the Intel, a team of police officers left and arrival at the house of the witch doctor and found a male lifeless unidentified body.
He added that arrests were made and a group of family members of the unidentified body arrived at the scan and identify that the missing corps purported to be the Lecturer of FBC who was mysteriously disappeared in March 2023, Adding that investigation is progress.
