In grand night event that took place in LOR Restaurant, Samsung has signed a Memorandum of Understanding/ partnership with Africell Sierra Leone. During this august agreement, the Chairman of Africell Group, Mr. Ziad Dalloau, gave high hope to people of Sierra Leone for vast technological improvement through by this MOU. He said: “This MOU is very crucial in the aspect of technological improvement in our country.

The managing Director of Samsung, Lucker Lee assured Africell subscribers and the people of Sierra Leone that they will enjoy better facilities through network connectivity. He said: “we are ready to extending our data experience, confidence, reliability and affordability for the needy. We are committed to doing more in order to promote good internet service in Sierra Leone.In his statement, the Director of Communication for Africell, John Konteh noted that the partnership event has marked a special day for all Africell network users at home and abroad. He said: “As Africell users this is an opportunity for you to grab. As a company, we are working tirelessly to add more improvement in our technological skills…”

Explaining the importance of technology in terms of educational development and skills, Dr. Haja Ramatulai Wurie, Minister of Technical and Higher Education noted that the sighing was very timely in this era of technology. She noted: “As a government, we quite know the significance of technology especially smart phones in the enhancement of education and skills. This is timely as nation. For the past decades, we have seen the importance of technology in educational research. Students use their smart phones for educational research.

Turning the baton to him, Mohamed Sheriff Bah, Head of Growth Watu International Business, noted that Samsung products are affordable and strong. He went yonder to assure all Sierra Leoneans that Growth Watu International Business is ready to bring Sierra Leoneans closer to Samsung.
