The Managing Director of Rokel Commercial Bank, Dr Walton Gilpin has walked out of CID a free man. Contrary to rumours spreading on social media, the erudite MD was never detained after he went to CID as a law abiding citizen to give his own version of the story. He was reported have maintained his innocence as he beamed with confidence walking to meet his family and well wishers.
Dr Gilpin had visited CID to respond to frivolous claims of sexual harrasment by a female employee, Margaret Davies who was sacked recently for gross misconduct including breaching the banks oath of secrecy laws.
As it stands, the matter will potentially turn against the disgraced female staff who is said to influenced by individuals who wants Gilpin’s seat at all cost.
