Mr Kallon said the move is geared towards reforming the country’s public service and strengthen state institutions, adding that the Wages and Compensation Commission is presently at the formation stage, with all what it takes the commission to carry its operations without hindrance. And explaining that the Sixth Parliament of the Second Republic of Sierra Leone has already ratified the long anticipated Act. He defined data set as personal information of civil servants which include pin code, National Social Security and Insurance Trust number and the National Identification Number, which the commission need in its drive for salary harmonization.
